Even though they are looking forward to getting home, they are both torn about having to leave Valancia down there. Please pray for them so that instead of focusing on having to leave her, they can focus on the day they get to bring her home.

On the Way Home
Well, today's the day! The mission team will be back in the States at around nine tonight. Apparently the trip went great, and the team has many many stories. My parents will be back in knoxville at three tomorrow morning. Its gonna be a long night, considering that they are getting up and going to church tomorrow.

Hello Zimmerman family! When Marcie gave me the link to this page I wasn't ready for what I was to read, but was thankful that I could hide in my cube (to hide the tears of joy from my co-workers). I'm so happy for what God is doing in, and joining to your family. What an amazing thing for all of you! I'll be praying as you anxiously await your daughter's homecoming, and for the adjustments that will need to be made. God is so good!
ReplyDeleteBy the way - what's in the food up there? You're kids are so grown up! (I'll never forget Casey telling me - "I hold you?!" - sniff) All beautiful children (including Valancia!!)
